Founded in the kitchen of our Toronto home in 2015 as a passion project, Fritz’s has always been dedicated to bringing delicious edibles to the cannabis community. When we got the opportunity to participate in Toronto’s Green Markets, we were excited to give consumers access to cannabis options that they couldn’t get elsewhere. Eventually, we moved to the Kensington flea markets, and these experiences let us engage with cannabis consumers and, through their feedback and comments, continue to improve and refine our edibles. We learned from our mistakes and built on our successes, and now we make gummies that we feel proud to put our name on.
When Canada legalized cannabis, we were excited to bring our edibles to a larger market. Even though many LPs were turning to traditional consumer packaged goods to re-create things like gummies and chocolates, we knew our Legacy Market experience would eventually be valued. In the summer of 2020 the doors opened, and we began moving our brand to the regulated market.
